Help with help...

Dear xcode users,

Two items regarding the help system. My app uses traditional help, though I update it far less often than I should. Well I just tried to update it, and I notice 2 things:

1. After recreating my html, putting it in the help system, using the help indexer and dropping the whole thing in my English.lproj folder SVN doesn't see it as changed (No M in the column) so it isn't going to update my help. Help!

2. OS X doesn't seem to realize I've changed the help. The old help still appears when I pull up help. It must be cacheing the help, but how do I tell it to use the new version?

I appreciate your help!
