Do you still have the old version of your app on your development computer? I discovered a few days ago that, if you leave the old version in place, the new app, even when running in debug mode via Xcode, picks up the old Help book from the old version of the app in the Applications folder. I solved the problem by compressing the old version of the app into a zip file.
