XCode internal error

Hi,

I have a new iMac with Core i5 processor and OSX 10.6.3. I try to compile a library with XCode 3.2.2 and I got this error at linking:

Internal error occurred while creating dependency graph: ASSERTATION FAILURE in /SourceCache/DevToolsBase/DevToolsBase-1648/pbxcore/Target.subproj/PBXTargetBuildContext.m:2061

On my iMac Core 2 Duo the library is compiling perfectly with same version of OSX and XCode.

An idea to fix the problem?
