SCM error

Hello.
When I'm trying to use SCM I got next weird error:

Uncaught Exception:

Invalid parameter not satisfying: theRepository != NULL


I don't understand what this message means and why it is happened.

P.S. It is happened after I'm trying to open checkouted project.
