"Find in Project..." not working...

I'm having a problem with 3.2.4 where "Find In Project" only finds
matches in files that have been opened within the current XCode
project session:

* If I manually select each file (cursoring down through the list) in
the "Groups & Files" list so it opens briefly in the editor, Find In
Project works as expected.
* If I close and then re-open the project (XCode can be left open),
only the currently-being-edited file is searched with "Find In
Project"

Any suggestions?
