What's up with Xcode 3.2.4?

I have two Macs. About two or three weeks ago, a software update appeared for Xcode 3.2.4 on one of my Macs. But it's never come up on my other Mac, and 3.2.4 isn't available on the connect.apple.com site.

What's the explanation for this apparent disparity?
