Sure do (I sent a version with it attached but it bounced (for
moderation; too big) at first.. I apologize in advance if two copies
eventually get posted to the list.)
It had been working for years. I'm in the "All-in-one" layout so it's
not a floating window, but that doesn't seem to be the culprit. (I
tried going back to default layout with the same results...)
I'm glad to see from Christiaan's response that I'm not the only one
having this issue.
