Xcode 4.0 built application relocates

Hi All,

I am using Xcode 4.0 to build the application and the using Apple package maker to create an installer package.
When i install the application, installer log is showing that "relocating the application to /Users/xxxx/Libary/Application Support".
When i compile/build using Xcode 3.1.2 it perfectly installs at "/Library/Application Support".

Any thing i am missing or doing wrong in Xcode 4.0?
