Hi Matt,
Thanks for the feedback! Agreed! I had just discovered the shortcuts you mentioned moments before seeing your post. Command-1 and Command-0 are very convenient as you mentioned.
You can also just drop an entire folder on Xcode and it will load the entire folder into the project navigator.
