Xcode docsets

My Xcode docset which worked fine in Xcode 3 now shows up in Xcode 4 Organizer under "System Guides" as does other older docsets supplied by Apple such as WebObjects and J2SE 4 and 5 API. Unfortunately the Xcode 4 Organizer doesn't support symbol lookup for these docsets even though it worked in Xcode 3 (only text search is supported). I verified my docset with the latest Xcode 4 docset utility and it passes without issues.

Is there a new flag that marks a docset as being a reference so symbol lookup is supported?

Has anyone successfully created a docset that works with Xcode 4 and supports symbol lookup? _______________________________________________
