Find/Errors/Console Universal?

  • Subject: Find/Errors/Console Universal?

Is there a way -- or maybe an enhancement in a future version -- to make the find, error, and consoles "universal" to the project? i.e., if you do a find, and then double-click on it to get a new tab, suddenly the find is clear. It's still there, just attached to the previous page. The same is true for errors and the console.

I don't mind the new XCode 4, but that one really slows me down as I always have to re-find the original page if I'm going through a series of clicks in finds or errors.

Having the console open should be open for all tabs, or closed for all tabs.
