Making a program that runs on Mac OS 10.2

Does anyone know how to make a program using XCode 3.2.6 that can run on Mac OS 10.2? I have a feeling that the problem I have is with Interface Builder. I did set the Deployment Target of the nib file to Mac OS 10.2, but the program still crashes. The error I see is NSInternalInconsistencyError. _______________________________________________
