In Xcode 2 and 3, you could select the executable you wanted to debug, click the "info" button, and in the Info Dialog that appears there was a tab called "Debugging".
Beneath several debugging settings such as whether to Break on Debugger/DebugStr (now part of the Scheme settings) was a list titled "Additional directories to find source files in".
Is there an equivalent in Xcode 4? This is essential when debugging in shared libraries that we can get the source for, but don't build locally.
