Sounds like you don't have the device added or provisioned then. You should be able to select the device itself from the Organizer and click on "Add to Portal" to reinitiate this process.

This means exactly what it says "Xcode cannot find the software image to install this version.". Unless you want to install that OS version (which you probably don't) then there is no issue here.
