I'm surprised nobody has mentioned this:

Open the Organizer.
Select the Projects panel.
Select your project from the source list on the left.
Near the top is a section telling you where the project's derived data and snapshots are.
	Click the tiny arrow button next to the path to reveal that folder in the Finder.
	Click the Delete button to delete it.
