Turn off automatic snapshots

Yesterday I made the mistake of checking the box which told Xcode it could take a snapshot prior to any refactoring.  It also does it now before a Replace All in the Search Navigator.

The snapshots take too long.  But I cannot find in any documentation how to switch automatic snapshots off.  How is it done?
