Thank you a lot Clark for you answer
But removing configurations deletes my current one and not old one (that were there from prev developer)
For example there some Debug configurations my one and old one and removing Debug configuration only removes my one and doesn’t clear actually old one
It is probably xcode bug
Also in *.xcodeproj package I see files named by prev developer
Is there an option to re-create *.xcodeproj ?

You can remove configurations by opening the Project Info window (i.e.
double click on the project icon itself in the Groups and Files table)
and navigating to the "Configurations" tab. You can then delete
configurations from the list in the presented view.
