I'm absolutely mystified. This has to be some kind of bug in XCode (4.0.1). I went and changed ALL my libraries to static libraries (making sure to skip install on all of them). When the archive is created, there is NO custom frameworks and NO dylibs. The ONLY executable code is the application itself. There is nothing else except data and icons. I even removed those just to see what will happen, and still I have the same problem.

Even more strange, I don't know the format but the archive doesn't seem right:

Archive
dSYMs (this is EMPTY even though the build folder has the dsym in it!)
  Info.plist
  Products
      Users
         [my user name]
            [my project name]
                 TheApp.app
[The parent folder my xcode project is in]
[the folder of my xcode project] (all this is empty)

I'll d/l 4.0.2 and try that. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm jumped through a tremendous amount of hoops to get this in the AppStore (Mac appstore, mind you) only to be stopped at the last moment!

If somebody could point me to docs for the Archive format, and I could construct it on my own, that would also be helpful.
