After a few false starts this all seems to have worked for me now, so I suggest going back to preferences and hitting the get button once more and hopefully it'll work for you.

The others seem ok, it's just the 10.7 Docset giving me issues.

Hm, I checked again later and it seems docsets have been downloaded. So maybe the bug boils down to Xcode not displaying progress.

I have been seeing the same behavior since yesterday.  Nothing seems to be logging to the console when I retry.  I however do get an odd message from Xcode, but only on startup.

Is this worthy of a bug report?

Jul 21 18:42:30 MachineName Xcode[5371]: Unable to find either a loadable database or a Nodes.xml configuration file

Jul 21 18:42:30 MachineName Xcode[5371]: Error loading docSet file://localhost/Developer/Documentation/DocSets/com.apple.ADC_Reference_Library.DeveloperTools.docset/: Error Domain=com.apple.DADocSetAccess Code=12 "Documentation set could not be read." Hmm.  That shouldn't be restricted.

If you can check the console and file a bug with a screenshot of the download screen, the error, and any relevant console contents that would help.
