We're at cross-purposes here. My docsets are being downloaded OK. I'm talking about clicking on the 'open PDF' link in the 'related files' section of the jump bar when viewing a doc in the Organiser. XCode 4 then presents the Apple Developer site login window, which isn't currently functional (for me).
