XCODE HELP

Hello,
Pleas am having problems with XCode. Anytime I try to open the xib file for iPhone development, XCode crashes displaying an assertion error. This discussion(https://discussions.apple.com/message/15328186#15328186) would explain better. Please i really need help with this as i have not been able to develop any app at all for over a mont now. In fact i have never developed any because i cant get it working.
