You can choose what document set to enable. If you once do so, an appropriate one will come up.

There is a pull-down menu under the toolbar area. The area contains "Contains, Prefix, Exact, x of n Doc Sets, and language selector, if you use Xcode 3.x.

Choose Mac OS X 10.6 Core Library on the doc sets menu and clear Java from the language selector.
Next time, those setting will be used by default.
