Xcode 4/ Direct Download / SHA1 key...

I see there is a direct download to get a Xcode 4 dmg ... good, that is needed for devs that work on "secure" corporate networks and can't use the Mac App Store.
but, it would also be nice if a SHA1 key was provided ....
... in the past *EVERY TIME* I download multiple times the sha1 keys are different for some reason but the dmg check works. I would like to *reliably* get the dmg with a sha1 key to install Xcode on secured computers (I'm on a 100mbit/sec static link, so it isn't the connection, it is the dmg and sha1 I want).
