I tried doing something similar: Download Xcode 4 on a PPC machine to put it onto a flash drive so I could go around and install it whereever needed. But the Apple webpage tells me "Sorry, Nathan, you have to be on an Intel machine to install Xcode 4." Duh, don't you think I know that. I just wanted to DOWNLOAD it there. Retarded.
