1) Hmm. So you would not be able to write a plugin for your chart view
because Apple would want you to only use the one in the ... oh wait
it's a private framework. So that's probably not the issue.
2) You can have code running in the Xcode process other ways.
Would I have to guess, I would try:
3) Lack of time/resources.
