My Xcode version is 4.0 (4A304a). Could I have overseen any parameter in
my project?


It was here:
"IB File inspector > IB Document > Document Versioning > Development"

The parameter was still "Default Version (Interface Builder 3.2)" and now I switched it to "Xcode 4.0" to get rid of this warning. The NIB file itself seems to remain fully editable in IB 3.2.5.
