iOS 4.3 and Xcode 3.2.5

Hi All,

I want the latest SDK and a device upgrade, but I don't want Xcode 4
until some of the stability issues are worked out.

Is it possible to get iOS 4.3 for Xcode 3 (perhaps 3.2.6 or 3.3)?
