Exactly! "Filled" and "cluttered" are not the same thing.
What it boils down to is that Xcode 3 allowed both single-window and multiple-window working styles. Both are valid for different people. But Xcode 4 effectively takes away the multiple window option, leaving many of us out in the cold. That should be fixed.
