While I am not the original poster, let me satisfy your curiosity because I love Xcode 4 very much, too.
I started on the Mac with Lightspeed/Think Pascal, Think C, Symantec C, Metrowerks CodeWarrior, and I used MPW too at times.
In the dark ages (late 90ies), I worked with Microsoft Visual Studio. (I was young and needed the money).
On OS X, I have worked with ProjectBuilder since 1.0 (and tried to work with Metrowerks CodeWarrior while it still existed for OS X)
