I still miss the multi-window structure one could use in all earlier versions of Xcode and CodeWarrior, with the project window showing only the project and not editor windows too. The all-in-one view is much more cumbersome and I don't work nearly as quickly and smoothly as I did in the past. Especially missed is the ability to quickly get to the project window (command-0), type a couple characters to get to a particular file, and hit return to open it. The search field at the bottom is not a replacement for that.

The project/target setting editor is a huge improvement.
