I'm still running Snow Leopard because I understand Rosetta isn't supported hence I will lose the utility of several programs.
Anyway I was attempting to upgrade my Xcode 3 to Xcode 4.
While on Safari...
Went to the IOS Dev Center (I'm a not-paid yet registered developer) and found the Download Button for Xcode 4.2 for Snow Leopard.
I clicked it and it rolled into a Install Button.
I clicked it and got an ACCESS DENIED box.
Please advise.
