Are you actively trying to troll this list? O_o

but instead actually enforced those of the App
Store acceptance policies that make real sense, such as forbidding
apps that crash.

To my knowledge Apple has not yet solved the Halting Problem.

Seriously: App review is not the same as full QA. Obviously if the app crashes during review they’re going to reject that build, but that doesn’t imply that they’re going to detect any and all crashing bugs, or that any crash reported by a user will get the app banned.
