FWIW, I've done it in a Snow Leopard Server VM with no problems.

Subject: running older Xcode version in VM

Hi,

I still need to use Xcode 3 quite a bit and with the latest VMWare allowing us to run older OS versions my question is can I use my Lion machine and run Snow w/Xcode 3 via VMWare? Or will that not be a stable Xcode experience?

Thanks!
