I have the same problem since updating to Xcode 4.2 and many others have, see all the threads in:
https://devforums.apple.com/community/xcode4/scm
And this particular thread:
https://devforums.apple.com/thread/126263?tstart=0

It would be great if someone from Apple could help us on this. Is there a viable workaround? Will we see Xcode 4.2.1 fixing this soon?
In the meantime, everybody should file a bug report.

Thomas
