IB Xcode 4.2, rename objects

Dear list,
Does anyone else have trouble renaming objects in IB in Xcode 4.2? Single clicking an object doesn't allow me to edit the name; I don't find a way in the inspector panels to rename it; doing edit->refactor->rename results in a crash. A bug?
