Xcode 4.2 key bindings don't save

Is anyone else experiencing non-saving key bindings in 4.2? Change something simple, like About Xcode to command-option-shift-control-q, close the prefs window, and quit. Now relaunch and check that key binding. Mine will be reverted back to an empty key equiv.

All of the equivs I've changed back in 4.1 are still there, but I can't change any other binding in 4.2 and have it stick between quit/launch. Further, some of them are *still* disabled, which means you can't change them, which means I can't use command-shift-w for Close Document because it's bound to Close Tab, and I don't use tabs. In 4.1, I could have conflicts, and command-shift-w would eventually get assigned to Close Document (after some unknown magical voodoo, just not right away). But it would revert back to command-control-w when I quit. Highly annoying.
