AHHHHHH.
When you hover over or dwell over the line number of a line below your breakpoint, this is allows you to do this in this case:
Dwell over line number or within that area: green play/pause button comes up to the right of the number.
If you then move the mouse to click on that, execution will then continue to that line and then pause.
The little blue circle graphic that appears to the right of the breakpoint is indeed a "Step Over", but sometimes (maybe after clicking the blue graphic), if you dwell in the line number area again, a green play/pause button will appear, allowing you to continue execution of the app, but what indicates where it will stop, I have no idea.
This is indeed strange behaviour, but I think once figured out, it could be quite helpful in zipping through the debugger.
