I think the lack of answer is your answer. No one knows of such a flag.

You could set up continuous buildbots, in VMs maybe, that run older versions of Xcode.
(PS: This nice addition to the compiler is one of the reasons I switched from Xcode 3 to 4.3. But I think I regret it. :))
