Where does XCode 4.3.2 store account information?

Hi,
Yesterday I downloaded XCode 4.3.2 and wanted to download command line tools from the Preferences/Downloads pane. When asked for my Developer ID I gave my App store ID by mistake.
I get no chance to remedy that mistake. Even after getting rid of XCode.app and downloading and installing it from scratch any attempt to download the command line tools is met with a message that the wrong Developer ID I gave then does not exist.
I even attempted to open an alternate Developer account with that wrong ID, but I cannot do that with the same e-mail account.
I tried to find the file(s) with the configuration information, but they are not where they used to be with the older versions.
Any ideas how to address this problem?
