Checking DDI symbols

  • Subject: Checking DDI symbols

Why should it be that when I connect my iPad3 (5.1) Xcode instantly recognizes it and puts it in the menu so I can run on it, but when I connect my iPhone 4S (5.1) every time I get the 'checking DDI symbols' message and it takes anywhere up to 10 seconds to decide it's ok?

Is there something I can do to Xcode to make it instantly recognize it? It's only a few seconds a time but when you're switching devices constantly it gets a bit annoying.
