Does Xcode in 10.7.x auto quit?

I'm still on 10.6.8, because I hate many changes in Lion with the burning passion of a thousand suns.

With that in mind, I'm dreading the day when I'll have to move to Lion and I heard a nasty rumor.

If you close all the docs in Xcode in Lion and then click outside of the app, does Xcode auto quit?

If it does, please, for the love of the baby jesus and fresh puppies, is there a preference that I can burn in the OFF position for this?

I close documents in apps and then EXPECT that the app will be there when I get back from doing something else.

Auto quitting is one of the banes of my existence in Lion (and one of the main reasons I am not using it). PLEASE tell my that Xcode does not have this tragic flaw.

Thanks.
