If you had Xcode 4.4 installed under Lion and upgraded to Mountain Lion, you
will have to manually reinstall any of the components you have previously installed
from the Preferences panel. For example, the Comamnd Line Tools component has to
be reinstalled since there is a different (ie older) version for Lion than Mountain
Lion.
