The answer is counter intuitive to me.

Xc 4.4 - 10.8 - 10.6 SDK - 10.5 Deployment will only allow the choice of My Mac 64-bit.

However,

Xc 4.4 - 10.8 - 10.8 SDK - 10.5 Deployment allows the choice of My Mac 32-bit.
So, I ask is this correct behavior?
