My 2 XCode 4.4 problems

Hello,
I just want to know if anybody is experiencing these two problems with Xcode 4.4 and 10.8
and if there is any fix:
1. If I Run iPhone or iPad simulator and don't quit it manually, pressing Stop in Xcode causes that Xcode is unresponsive
and the only way how to get out is Force Quit for Xcode.
2. I am using svn installed on standard 10.7.3 OS XServer. I couldn't connect to my repositories. I just see a yellow indicator next to repository name in Xcode Repositories
and red dots next to Trunk, Branches and Tags. svn works, server is up, login/pass unchanged.
When I deleted one of repositories from Xcode and created a new one with identical settings, everything worked (the same settings !).
This morning is Repository status yellow again. No message in console, no other information i could use to fix this problem.
