[Q] isn't this a bug?

Hi, I noticed something strange with the IB portion of the Xcode 4.4.1.

For example, I put a custom view (NSView) on a window on its left side.
Also on its right side there are group of labels and sliders.
There are constraint set for each corners of the custom views, labels and sliders. So, those distance from window borders are static. And the widow is resizable.

On its IB editing mode, if the window is resized the width/height of the custom views also grows/shrinks.
So far so good.
However, if the app is running, it doesn't. If the window becomes taller than the original size, the top constraint of the custom view is not kept.

isn't this of Xcode?

Thanks,
JongAm Park
