Does Xcode/Mac come with a PNG util?

I need a CLI tool to remove alpha channels from PNG files.

Is there such a beast by default on the Mac?

... not exactly a Xcode question, but if Xcode did install such a CLI (or if the Mac came with such a CLI) then I'd use it.
