Xcode 4.3 - Why Was There No DP4?

To be honest, when looking at the Activity Monitor, I'm not actually amused.

Xcode seems to hang infinitely in a loop possibly while trying to index C++ sources just after editing a source file (changing a comment suffices). Then it starts to consume 100% CPU and doesn't stop. The iTunes like activity panel does not indicate any activities.

All my current projects are affected.
