Code Sense Coloring

My Code Sense coloring seems to have broken in Xcode 4.3 (Build 4E109) running on Lion (10.7.3). Before I file a bug, any suggestions on possible files to purge that might fix the problem? I've tried cleaning the build folder and rebuilding, as well as deleting all the user settings I could find (in ~/Library/Developer).

More details in case they help:

It seems to correctly color language features (comments, keywords, strings, macros, preprocessor commands), but is having trouble with classes, methods, typenames, etc (which is why I'm guessing this is a Code Sense issue). It is also having trouble with documentation comments and documentation keywords. Sometimes files originally open up colored and almost immediately lose their coloring, other times editing the file will cause it to lose/gain coloring as I type. In some cases, half the file gets colored (with the coloring abruptly ending sometimes in the middle of a line (with the same thing colored on one line and uncolored on the next line).

Thanks,
Aaron
