To me this sounds like an issue with properly parsing the affected files. If you look at the files that are partially colored, can you see something "interesting" / weird where coloring ends? Are you using anything unusual, in terms of language features, syntax, formatting or anything like that? If you can figure out what's breaking the parsing of these files, please file a bug report:
