I still do 95% of my work in XCode3. I don't foresee that changing. XCode4 doesn't have a chance of indexing my project, which makes all the cool code completion, jump to definition, and everything else that makes an IDE more than a glorified TextEdit useless. Plus there's no file splitter or jump to documentation.
